Not all notices require separate stages. If there is only one stage the notice will not be resent once it is marked delivered.

Lists/reports of notices are often shared with loan officers for comment or approval before notices are prepared or sent.

Ability to disable a doc (Tab) type allowing it to be viewable but not scanable

When using the Group Maint on the customer page, the documents are not in sort order. They are in alphabetical order. It would be nice if we had the opportunity to setup the view by user (Document date, sort order from customer page, alpha)

Would like to see the ability to share just a document between multiple customers/accounts/collaterals. Today banks are crossing the collateral, uncrossing the collateral, then deleting the documents they don't need for that collateral.

When scanning into AccuImg, it would be nice if you could pick multiple documents to add this document to within AccuAccount. EX: Insurance on collateral may be used for multiple other collaterals but you have to scan it to each one or copy it to ...

Today banks can only purge complete records. There is no way to purge documents on the customer. EX: Tax Returns, Financials, etc...

There is no way to categorize or folder Dynamic Reports. It would be nice to have some type of categorization or folder them to keep the organized.

New Credit docs will be sent after a loan is paid if the Participation is not removed. This removes the Participation info so it is not ideal. Should look at loan status

Participation module will not resend Credit documents if a new participation loan is added- even if the new loan has a different participating bank. If you resend all, the Credit docs will send to all banks
