Add New Fields for Primary Loan Balance and Commitment

Create a new fields in Dynamic Reporting for Primary Total Balance and Primary Total Commitment. These fields would be similar to Total Loan Balance and Total Loan Commitment but would only include accounts where that customer is the primary owner/borrower. These fields would be added to the Exception Report and Loan Report Templates.
