Would like the box to add a new comment on the customer page to appear above the previously entered comments. This way, there would be no need to scroll through previous comments in order to add a new one.
Better sorting when adding exceptions and filtering by record type
When adding exceptions and filtering by Record Type, the options are in a random (but consistent) order. It would be better if it were sorted A-Z, or Credit A-Z - Loan A-Z - Deposit A-Z
Ability to resend a specific letter. For example, if a letter is returned for a bad address, there is no way to reprint the letter with the new address.
Add floating descriptions to Exceptions tab and Guarantors tab to indicate if there are any Missing Documents. We have a loan officer who is color blind and this would help without clicking on the tab.
Add the Approved/Reject button and the next page arrow at the bottom of the page in Document View so you don't have to scroll to the top of the page if you are already at the bottom of the page
