Upgrade notification

Users have asked for a notification in the software for all users (an indicator on the home page) when new versions are released. At this time it requires a Super User to go into the Admin Page. In many cases the only Super Users are IT and they do not regularly log into AccuAccount. There is no issue with the upgrade package being accessible to only Super Users but they would like a way for users to see when there is an updated version.
