Delete Document Tab Needs To Delete Exception

The updates to the Notice Letter functions have highlighted orphaned exceptions (document exceptions that are not tied to a document). A common cause for this is that the document tab was deleted from a document structure without first deleting the exceptions tied to it. This leaves the exceptions in the system even though they are no longer functional. When a document tab is deleted from a document structure (and exceptions exist for that tab on that structure), the exceptions should also be deleted, or at least a message/warning that the exceptions will also need to be deleted.
