Would like Contact and Contact method to default to Customer and Use Paper. Or have the option to change the default across the board as an admin or super in the System Settings or User Security Permissions.
Several customers have requested the ability to choose what the default delivery preference and method should be. Defaulting to Customer and Paper would be ok, as long as the bank has the ability to change that default if needed.
We have gotten this request from several customers as more banks have upgraded
