Prevent Document History From Duplicating When Account Number Is Changed

When an account number is changed in AccuAccount, ALL document history for that account is duplicated. The new entries all have the same time stamp, and they show the original actions (Upload, Delete, etc.), but they now show the name of the user that changed the account number as the user that took the action. This is confusing and inaccurate because in the Document History it looks like User B uploaded documents recently, when they were actually uploaded by User A at a different day and time. This also causes issues with QC when older entries (that did not need to be QC’d) are added as fresh entries. For a bank that does 100% QC for new documents, these older documents must now be QC’d because the history makes them look new.
