Ability to add Date Tracking/Grace Periods to Covenants

I also wonder if the date and frequency as built would allow for timing of exceptions as needed. I don’t think there is a grace period or a place to note the next measurement due date. The way I used the field, is I put the date of the financials that were measured (because as a reader, I want to know which year was satisfied, not what day the satisfaction occurred). But this might cause things to look past due exactly on the date one year from then, and not account for the fact that we usually don’t get year end financials right away, etc.
