For shared reports in Dynamic Reporting, the receiving user has no control if/when a report is shared, and they have no way to remove a shared report once it has been shared with them. This can be problematic for reports that are shared bank wide but not needed by everyone, or for reports that were shared by a user that is no longer with the bank. That user has been made inactive, so they can no longer manage the report, and there is no option to un-share the report either. An active user can copy the report (to take over managing the report), and potentially re-share the report if needed, but the original shared report for the inactive user is still there. More options are needed to allow users to manage shared reports that they don’t need.
