When using the Group Maint on the customer page, the documents are not in sort order. They are in alphabetical order. It would be nice if we had the opportunity to setup the view by user (Document date, sort order from customer page, alpha)
Ability to share a document with other customers/accounts/collaterals
Would like to see the ability to share just a document between multiple customers/accounts/collaterals. Today banks are crossing the collateral, uncrossing the collateral, then deleting the documents they don't need for that collateral.
Participation module will not resend Credit documents if a new participation loan is added- even if the new loan has a different participating bank. If you resend all, the Credit docs will send to all banks

Would like the box to add a new comment on the customer page to appear above the previously entered comments. This way, there would be no need to scroll through previous comments in order to add a new one.
Better sorting when adding exceptions and filtering by record type
When adding exceptions and filtering by Record Type, the options are in a random (but consistent) order. It would be better if it were sorted A-Z, or Credit A-Z - Loan A-Z - Deposit A-Z
Ability to resend a specific letter. For example, if a letter is returned for a bad address, there is no way to reprint the letter with the new address.
